St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School ensures the confidentiality of student's special education records across all school systems and databases by following protocols that comply with the federal regulations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). As per the guidelines of FERPA, St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School may disclose personally identifiable information from a student's education record.
